I joined at the company’s inception as Creative Marketing Director, leading the brand launch and building a scalable marketing infrastructure from the ground up.

Key contributions included:

• Developing a suite of customizable marketing templates through a user-friendly platform, allowing agents to create their own materials while maintaining brand consistency

• Leading all print and digital marketing initiatives, from listing presentations and brochures to recurring print advertising and social media content

• Providing dedicated branding and marketing support for top-producing agents, including Tara Shapiro

• Managing content, graphics, and social accounts for the Newport Beach and Desert offices

• Facilitating agent onboarding by delivering tailored marketing collateral, conducting educational sessions, and creating training resources

• Overseeing print production by sourcing vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective materials

• Contributing to the art direction and content strategy for the company website
