As a Graphic Designer for the Capital Markets team in Dallas, I managed high-volume design requests under tight deadlines, supporting multifamily, office, retail, and industrial sectors. My work focused on developing polished, data-driven marketing materials that communicated value and opportunity to investors and stakeholders.
Key contributions included:
Designing proposals, offering memorandums, and pitch decks rich with infographics, custom maps, charts, and visuals
Collaborating with brokers and marketing directors to tailor layouts to each property’s unique story
Developing occasional custom branding and design treatments for marquee assets and top-tier clients
