Hello, I'm Janelle Watzke—a graphic designer, art director, and marketing manager with a knack for creative problem-solving. A true West Coast native, I was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, where my passion for design and marketing first took shape.

My career kicked off at First Team Real Estate, Southern California’s largest brokerage, where I honed my skills in branding, marketing, and luxury real estate design. That passion led me to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty (formerly HÔM), where I dove deeper into high-end properties and refined my creative approach. Along the way, I gained invaluable experience working with renowned luxury brokerage franchises affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty, Christie’s International Real Estate, and Forbes Global Properties—bringing elevated marketing solutions to some of the most prestigious brands in real estate.

In 2018, I made the move to Dallas, Texas, expanding my expertise across both residential and commercial real estate. The following year, I launched my freelance graphic design business, collaborating with clients nationwide on everything from brand identity to full-scale marketing strategy.

At the end of 2024, I relocated to Denver, Colorado. I’m now a full-time freelancer, accepting new clients and currently building One-Story Studio—a content and template membership launching July 1, created for real estate professionals who want smart, modern, and totally DIY marketing solutions.

With over 14 years of experience, I’ve worn a lot of hats—designer, strategist, brand builder—all fueled by curiosity, creativity, and the thrill of turning ideas into impact. I’m all about creating design that’s not just beautiful, but purposeful. I believe in bringing my all to everything I do. My mind is always in motion, generating fresh ideas and creative concepts.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me spending time with my Yorkie Leo, unwinding with a glass of wine, listening to house music and exploring all Colorado has to offer.
