Hello, I'm Janelle Watzke—a graphic designer, art director, and marketing manager with a knack for creative problem-solving. A true West Coast native, I was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, where my passion for design and marketing first took shape.
My career began at First Team Real Estate, Southern California’s largest brokerage, where I sharpened my skills in branding, marketing, and luxury real estate design. This passion led me to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty (formerly HÔM), where I further immersed myself in high-end properties and refined my creative approach.
In 2018, I embraced a new adventure in Dallas, Texas, expanding my expertise across both commercial and residential real estate. The following year, I took the leap into entrepreneurship, launching my freelance graphic design business, working with clients nationwide. By 2023, I introduced One-Story Studio, a digital template shop designed for real estate agents seeking DIY marketing solutions.
With over 14 years of experience, I’ve worn many hats—from designer to marketing strategist—driven by curiosity, innovation, and the thrill of solving creative challenges. My signature style? Elegant and strategic design solutions that empower brands to stand out. I’ve worked with corporate giants and nimble startups, shaping me into a versatile and adaptable creative force.
At the end of 2024, I moved to Denver, CO, to join Breakthrough Broker as a Senior Graphic Designer, where I’m driving innovation and crafting impactful designs for the real estate industry.
