  • I offer brand identity packages, monthly design retainers, website design, social media management and à la carte hourly graphic design services.

  • My process varies based on your request. For brand identity designs, it typically includes a discovery questionnaire, kickoff call, moodboard, concept development, up to 2 rounds of revisions, and final file delivery. Each project is tailored based on your needs and timeline.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project. Smaller projects can take 3–5 business days, while larger branding packages may take 2–4 weeks. I’ll provide a timeline in the proposal before we start.

  • My hourly rate varies based on the project scope. I offer discounted monthly retainer packages and fixed pricing for brand identity projects. Please reach out for a custom quote based on your needs.

  • Yes! For larger projects, I typically require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due upon project completion. Custom payment plans can be arranged for ongoing work or larger retainers.

  • Yes! The scope of work for social media management varies based on your needs. Please inquire for more details and we can schedule a call to discuss the best options for your marketing strategy.

  • Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at my hourly rate. I’ll always communicate if we’re approaching that limit so there are no surprises.

  • I design for both print and digital platforms. I use everything from Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Squarespace, Wix, PowerPoint, and more. If you have a preference for DIY projects after the design is completed, this is something we can discuss during our introductory call.

  • Yes! I offer website design in Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or Showit, often paired with a branding package for a cohesive look and feel. If you are interested in website design please note this on your inquiry form so I can prepare for our discovery call.

  • I use a platform called Honeybook. This is where I will send your proposal, agreement, and invoices. For ongoing projects or long term partnerships you can access your own personal portal where all your invoices, agreements, files, etc. will live.

  • Fill out the project inquiry form at the top of the page and I’ll follow up within 48 hours to schedule a discovery call or send a custom proposal.

Brand Identity FAQs

  • Timelines vary based on the package and how quickly feedback is provided, but most projects are completed in 3–5 weeks from the start date. You’ll receive a detailed project schedule once we begin.

  • Each brand identity package includes different deliverables—ranging from custom logo design, color palette, and typography to business cards, social media templates, and branded marketing collateral. You’ll be able to choose the package that fits your needs, and I’m happy to help guide you.

  • Not at all! The Brand Discovery Questionnaire and our strategy call are designed to draw out your vision, even if it feels a little fuzzy right now. I’ll help guide you every step of the way.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin the project. The remaining balance is due after your final approval, before final files are delivered.

  • You'll receive 2 initial logo concepts, and the package includes 2 rounds of revisions to refine your chosen direction. Additional revisions can be added at an hourly rate if needed.

  • You’ll receive a Google Drive link with all final files, including your logo in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, SVG, EPS, and AI), brand color codes, typography details, and any collateral or templates from your package.

  • Absolutely. I offer à la carte design services and monthly retainers for ongoing design support. Whether it's additional flyers, social media assets, or custom requests, I’ve got you covered.

  • Yes! If your package includes editable templates (such as Canva files), you’ll receive access and usage instructions so you can confidently make updates on your own.

  • Life happens! If you need to pause, please notify me as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we can reschedule your project timeline. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

Retainer Package FAQs

  • A design retainer is a flexible, monthly commitment that reserves a set number of hours for design support each month. It ensures priority access to my services, faster turnaround times, and ongoing creative support without needing to start a new project every time.

  • Retainers can be used for a wide range of design needs—branding collateral, marketing materials, social media graphics, email design, presentation decks, and more. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, just ask!

  • Retainer packages are offered in 10, 20, 30, or 40 hours per month. We’ll determine the best fit based on your ongoing needs. Not sure how much time you’ll need? I’m happy to make a recommendation during your inquiry call.

  • To help you get the most out of your package, a specific amount of hours can roll over to the next month. Additional hours beyond your package will be billed at your standard hourly rate.

  • Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time based on your needs and my availability. We’ll just adjust the agreement and invoice moving forward.

  • I offer flexible 3-month or 6-month commitments, depending on your preference. This structure allows us to build momentum while giving you consistent support over time.

  • Retainer fees are billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment secures your reserved design hours for that month.

  • Most clients send requests via email, and we track progress together using a shared task management system or Google Doc. If preferred, we can also schedule regular check-ins.

  • Typical turnaround time is 2–4 business days, depending on the scope and queue. I prioritize retainer clients and aim to deliver quickly and efficiently.

  • You may cancel your retainer with 30 days’ written notice. Any unused hours will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for hours already worked or reserved.
