Alpha Real Estate Advisors is a commercial real estate firm with offices in Dallas and Los Angeles, specializing in the sales and leasing of single-tenant net lease properties across the U.S.

As the first and sole graphic designer on the team, I was responsible for establishing and elevating the company’s visual identity from the ground up. My contributions included:

• Creating a comprehensive brand guidelines book to standardize design across platforms

• Designing marketing collateral for national conferences and industry events

• Developing offering memorandums, presentation decks, social media graphics, and leasing signage

• Building an organized Adobe Creative Cloud Library to streamline production workflows

• Mentoring two marketing associates in Adobe InDesign, enabling them to assist with templated projects efficiently

My work laid the foundation for a scalable, consistent design system that supported the firm’s rapid growth and national reach.
