Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate is a full-service, independently owned real estate brokerage based in North Texas offering residential and commercial real estate, property management, and global relocation.

During my tenure at Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, I enabled effective leadership for the marketing team and self-managed the creative workload for residential, commercial, relocation, and property management divisions. Spearheaded projects to complete various tasks such as brand guidelines, listing materials/presentations, web design, social media graphics, animated GIFs, and copy editing.

Aside from marketing and graphic design, I mentored the leadership through the launch and implementation of new technology platforms to enable remote work conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic while experiencing rapid company growth of over 50% in 2020. Launched new agent CRM, intranet, websites, and training platform in Summer 2020.
