Rogers Healy and Associates is a full-service, independently owned real estate brokerage based in North Texas, offering residential and commercial real estate services, property management, and global relocation support.
During my time at Rogers Healy, I led creative efforts across multiple business divisions, managing a high-volume workload while building out the foundation of a scalable marketing infrastructure. Key accomplishments included:
Creating brand guidelines to unify the company’s visual identity
Designing listing presentations, print and digital marketing assets, and animated GIFs
Leading web design initiatives and producing social media content to drive engagement
Copyediting and refining marketing materials for clarity and consistency
In addition to design work, I played a strategic role in launching and implementing new technology platforms to support remote operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. This included onboarding a new CRM, intranet, agent websites, and a company-wide training portal—critical tools that supported over 50% company growth in 2020.
