Lockton Dunning Benefits, a division of Lockton Companies, is the largest independent employee benefits consulting group in Texas. They specialize in the design, communication, and year-round service of health and welfare benefit programs for over 1,300 clients nationwide.

As a freelance designer, I supported Lockton Dunning Benefits by creating custom open enrollment materials that helped employees better understand and engage with their health benefits. My work included:

• Designing visually clear and brand-aligned open enrollment guides

• Creating benefits brochures, plan comparison charts, and digital presentations

• Translating complex insurance information into approachable, easy-to-navigate layouts

Clients included major national brands such as Timken Company, IDEX Corporation, Guild Mortgage, Fortune Brands, TruGreen, Crown, Rolls Royce, and Rackspace Technology.

My designs helped streamline benefits communication and empower employees to make confident, informed choices during enrollment season.
