EQTY | Forbes Global Properties is a locally owned, yet globally focused luxury residential real estate company. At the company's inception, I assumed the role of Creative Marketing Director, leading the launch of EQTY | Forbes Global Properties to elevate real estate marketing efforts for our agents. With a vision for inclusivity and anticipation of company growth, I conceptualized and implemented marketing templates through a user-friendly platform, empowering our agents to create marketing materials while maintaining brand standards. This innovative approach streamlined operations, paving the way for scalability.
In addition to overseeing print and digital marketing initiatives, I provided comprehensive support for the company and individual marketing and branding efforts for partner and lead agent, Tara Shapiro. This included executing recurring print advertising, tailoring listing presentations to each client, and creating custom property marketing materials for each listing. I also managed content, graphics, and social media accounts for both our Newport Beach and Desert offices, facilitated the onboarding process for new agents, and supplied necessary marketing collateral to ensure seamless brokerage transitions. Through educational sessions and guided training documents, I empowered our agents with best practices for business growth. Furthermore, I sourced print vendors to ensure high-quality materials at an affordable price and supported the art direction of the brokerage website. Wearing multiple hats, I quickly became an indispensable asset within the brokerage, laying a solid foundation for EQTY's continued success.
